LBS/LSE is way more recognized in Asia than most B schools here except for Harvard/Whartom/Chicago/MIT-because these schools have a number of alumni in Asia plus joint programs in places like Singapore.
But remember most of Asia at one time were British colonies and they tend to hold the LSE/LBS degree in high esteem just like they prefer Chartered Accountants to CPAs.Flawed logic it may be,but that is the reality in Asia. |

Good to hear that LBS is well recognized in Asia. But if you say they have joint programmes in Singapore, you're wrong.
It's INSEAD that has a "branch" in Singapore.
