In Reply To: First of all I'd like to thank Ali G from London. In fact I am Dutch and NOT American. I take it as a compliment that you thought I was American; I guess my English isn't too bad after all, is it! As for Mr. Anon (guy below): thank you for sharing you infinite knowledge of the world's history. My guess is that you are very bored person since you took the trouble writing such an essay. Did you put a copyright on this Nobel price material? If not, I'd like to use it for my History project next week. Anyway, instead of starting some stupid argument about which country is better, greater, more powerful, developed etc. could some one please answer my question? (see below) Thanks!
Message: This is up to you. NY is the center of IB, but there is a lot happening in Europe. Considering your background, you might be better off in London, as you can leverage your knowledge about Europe (Netherlands in particular). Plus, the knowledge of another European language helps (you might also speak German, given your Dutch). You might also have a better chance of landing a job in London than NY. As for the hours, it's the same here in London. They will work you hard.
