I have been visiting the Wharton and Columbia web sites and they both recommend, if not require, 2+ years of work experience after graduating from college. The problem is that I want to go right through and get my MBA. Because I know that if I work I probably won't go back. Do any of you know if 2+ years work experience is mandatory?
