Same here - 42K at WDR...What are signing bonuses looking like, are they increasing?
Also, what can a first year expect to make for a bonus? |

Beats the hell out of me..
The stuff says to expect around 8-10K. But when I was out for the sell day, I got mixed signals of anywhere between that range and more like 20K, so I don't know what to think. As far as whether they are increasing, after the merger pains are over, it seems like everyone is expecting to reverse last year's huge losses. They were upbeat about this trickling down to analyst bonuses, but only time will tell I guess. Does anyone else out there know what the bonus structure at WDR looks like?
