Just found out that I got accepted to Chicago's part time program. Yea!!! I can't tell you how excited I am! This is something that I have worked for years to achieve. Anyway, does anyone out there have any idea if the bulge brackets or any of the other firms for that matter, recruit from the part-time program? If so, what is the best way to get noticed. I've heard that the school has a finance club for the part-timers. How well is that received? Any advice would be helpful. |

hi
i am in the part-time program there and i really like it. but in order to get into the IB industry you will have to do most of the research and other stuff on your own. there is also a career office for the part-timers and they help out with resumes and cover letters. if you live in Chicago you can attend all the events and this is a way to get noticed. also talk to people....
