How difficult is it to break into the I-Banking field with a law degree? I attend Chicago-Kent College of Law where I am obtaining my law degree and a LLM specialization in financial services law. I have experience as a legal clerk in a corporate transactional firm that deals in small mergers and acquisitions ($15m.- $100m.) and corporate restructuring. I hope to get an internship for the summer of 2000. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
