You see the difference? The way you have written it, ones would have to have an apostrophe denoting the possesive case. Anyway, it is still bad grammar. Hope you learned your grammar lesson for today. And yes, bad grammar does tell me something about a potential hire - that he or she is not up to snuff! Like it or not, if you use poor grammar, this reflects poorly on you and negatively impacts your chance of being hired by me, Mr. Senior Banker - the guy who can make your money dreams come true.
