It all depends on the job interview. If you are interviewing at an investment bank for a broker position or sales assistant, 4button would be ok...unless it is a VERY conservative firm. If you are interviewing for an investment banker position or management, your best bet is a 2 or 3 button navy-blue pin stripe. You want to stick w/ tradition.
