I'm interested in working at an LBO shop in the future and was hoping that someone could give me a sound piece of advice. I currently work at a boutique merchant bank and have the opportunity to move to a larger bulge-bracket bank. Question is, would this be the right move or does it not really matter. If someone has gone through this, which is an easier transition.
