I've acquire a job at the company very recently(1month) and I want to leave. The corp culture/environment is horrible. There is no desk, PC, phone for many of the new hires.
What would be the best thing to do? Start looking again? Or just wait the year and then look? Or I probably do not have to even say I am working at my current company now. I really need some advice as to what the best course of action should be for me right now.
