Whar are some good answers to this question? What is the employer trying to get out of you and what do they want to hear/relevence of this question?

I think this is a great question. You can tell a lot of things about the applicant from the answers, including the applicant's level of maturity, their grounding in reality and job expectations. I can spot a coached answer a mile away and so can any experienced employer or HR professional, so don't both telling people what they should say because if an applicant can't think of an appropriate answer himself, who want's to hire him?
