Message: Saving an 84 Year Old Hollywood Legacy Over 84 years ago during the birth era of Hollywood??s very humble beginnings a young man and his wife build their dream home at the cross streets of Highland Ave and Franklin. The exact heart and busil of Hollywood today. They where not celebrities or stars just working class Hollywood loyalist. Mr. and Miss Mead & Rekel Shrader lived in this house together over 73 years, in each other??s arms until Mead??s natural death 1991, Rekel fallowed 5 years later. THE HIGHLAND house has stood through 84 years of love, fires, earthquakes, vandals, squatters, Hollywood Underground Sex and Social Hot spot, fraudulent sale, unlawful detainer and now finally the serious threat to be torn down by its new owners. Over the 18 months ago when the fight to preserve the Highland began the only legal and financial advocate protecting it from then certain demolition was Christopher Xavier Lozano (Single Father, X- Desert Storm Veteran Photographer, Optimist & Total Look Studios Founder). Well over $45,OOO in legal fees and expenses later there was finally a settlement; A) The property would not be torn down if detainment was released by Christopher and conveyed to the new owners possession by set date. And B) An agreement to sale back the property for four million dollars to be price sensitive after every six month expiration period, no guarantees after third period. Christopher and Total Look Studios optimistically strives on now into the next stage of the dream to fund its purchase and renovate The Highland into the 1st Hollywood Photography museum, Library and Learning center. Where all facilities will be opened free to Hollywood??s working class. Today it still stands Beautiful and strong as a result of Christopher??s legal defense of it however we have only won a stay of destruction and an option to buy it back for the future dreams of preserving history with the museum, teaching millions the digital future with the library & Learning center and closest to Christopher??s heart is the XPtv project addition that will target covert photo missions to disclose atrocities and brutality??s worldwide. Shoots intended to save lives and convict criminals. 1st mission ??Child Slave Prostitution!??.
