In Reply To: I have been to more than 5 companies for entry-level management position interviews. Usually i end up going to all two/three interviews in the same company. However, every time i seem to fail to make the cut. I'm very confused and frustrated not knowing why i'm not able to get through the last interview. I view myself as confident and articulate. If someone an provide me with some tips as to what i should or shouldn't be doing i will be greatful. Thanks!!!
Message: Maybe I am misunderstanding you, but it sounds to me like you are doing excellent! Out of about about 20 interviews I have been on, I received only 2 offers for follow-up interviews. I wound up getting only one job offer out of the 2 follow ups. Sounds to me like youre doing great! As to getting feedback, thats really hit or miss. Employers are scared to death about getting sued for discrimination. Even if they give you feedback, it will almost certainly be vague and useless.
