I am a Sr. in college, actively looking for jobs. However, I'm not quite sure how to follow up to on-line job applications. These days, getting the job is all about differentiating yourself from the competition. How do I do this when applying on line? Is JUST applying enough? Do I do follow up with calls? If you have any suggestions, please advise, thanks.
