I'm interviewing with a BIG LAW firm for a SA position and I know the interviewers. A few years ago I as a receptionist with this firm and I know personal info. about the folks interviewing me. Do I stay on the formal course. Or do I call them by their first names (I did when I worked there), inquire about their family members/children (I know some of them by name). Over my years there I went to firm parties and picnics and informal friday get togethers and played on the softball team. Please advise.
