Head hunter questions |

I responded to a head hunters advertisement and was interviewed for a position at McKinsey & Company. On the application form they wanted to know if I was married and had children. I questioned the validity of the question and their response was that the employer needs to know whether I would need family health insurance. Do I need to answer this correctly?
In addition, they wanted me to be very specific as to the salary I was anticipating. I told her that it was in the range that she gave me. She kept pressuring for a number. Finally, I indicated that it was in the upper range due to my experience and educational level. The next day, she indicated that McKinsey felt that I was "overqualified". Despite her statement, I will be having a "phone interview" this week.
How should I respond to an "overqualified" comment? The job description even indicates that they prefer a MBA and/or advanced degree. I will graduate with a MBA in May. I also hold a J.D. and a Masters in Law and Library Science. Should I eliminate my educational accomplishments from my resume?
