stay clear here, they are interviewing for all kinds of positions....be prepared they have pillaged investment banks and turned a once viable independent film and new media company into an internet company that is run now run by investment bankers that really think they have a clue when it comes to this industry. they have a flash heavy browser that will crash most browsers even with a cable or DSL connection...the site isn't that bad overall but dont get caught into their antics...i was rushed into an interview and since the first interview the position i interviewed for has changed not once but twice...after the interview i was told they needed a writing sample in 2 days and since i submitted it weeks ago I have called several times and am still getting the run around...if i am not what they are looking for they should quit with the bull shit and tell me...I spent a whole damn day on the writing sample and submitted it on time and they can't even give me the satisfaction of telling me it either sucks or they like it....my advice is this...before a completly unorganized company asks you to do something like this make sure they realize that you will be putting your best into it and ask for the same in return!
