Hello
I am looking to get into a large company that includes web development and marketing. Being such a large company it is HR heavy. My experience with HR is that they look at the creative paper that is sent them and hire. I have had to re-train far to many of these people to honestly think HR knows who to really hire.
That is why I would like to talk to someone in the department I want to work for.
What is the best way to find such people, especially when the web site lists mostly CEO's?
