got an offer for biz dev from 3rd to market b2b start up. First round seed capital on 11/99 @ 5M, Second round objective of 35M in 6/00. one year away from IPO. Director level, Bay area, 90K plus 20K options, 20M available, 40M approved. Is this fair? |

I think the options are light .0005... should be .0025-.015... Salary is low end of range... Any one else have other thoughts?
