Having interviewed with several Web consulting firms I find it amazing that the possibility of finding someone over 30 working there is about as likely as the Cubs winning the World Series during this millenium. Since I am well over that age.. I wonder What is going on? OK..maybe all the hotshots are retired by that time right? But what about those not so lucky like me? Should I get a new career and leave it to those who are wet behind the ears? OK I have a wealth of web experience I could provide the client.. .. but is that what they want, or inexperience and youth?
PS..Cubbies will win in 3999
