Could you give some idea of your experience and at least what range their offer was.
I'm thinking of interviewing with them, but will probably have other offers before that and want to know if theirs will be worth deferring a decision for...
Understand people wanting to be discreet but these boards are only good if people offer up some details.

The offer wasn't bad -- mid 80's. I was coming in with almost 4 years of Big 5 consulting experience plus sales and business analyst experience in Industry. The real kicker however, was the stock options -- if the company performs as expected, then it could be fairly lucrative.
Plus the whole environment is very dynamic -- an exciting place to work.
