I have offers from two early-stage internet companies. I have been working for 4 years as a consultant. What should I expect salary and options wise? Should I expect (demand?) the same or higher salary/bonus than I am earning now? How many options constitute a reasonable offer? Any feedback would be appreciated. |

Go to benchmark.com and ivp.cpm. There are summary stats for cash and options comp for various senior management positions. Unfortunately, they don't distinguish between pre money, Series A or Seris B companies.
