Is anyone else fed up asking an applicant "So has your direct experience with marketing/finance/biz dev taught you about leadership and making tough decisions?"
And hearing "Well, as you know, I have a background in marketing/finance having attended Harvard/Wharton/Kellogg/blah/blah my feeling is..."
Then when you take a risk and give them WAY TO MANY options for their value and they carry an aura of arrogance and entitlement until they disappoint you with their lack of experience and INTUITION.
Anyone else? I've been seeing this for awhile and thought it was just my personal experience until recently...
