Grin and bear with the assholes who basically use all these excuses to not pay you what you're worth; in the meantime, send us your resume @ "cristino@hotbot.com"; don't hold your breath, since based on initial background you would be a later-stage (read: 6-10months from now) consideration for us at the moment, but we'd like to hear from you. By the way, silicon alley people are pricks. If you're really interested in "emerging" things as well as want to get with people who are both humble and really know what's going on, check out the Virginia area. A good place to start is any company associated with Mario Morino. These pricks in NY (and I've met quite a few) don't hold a candle up to this gentleman who's accomplished more in the last few years alone than most have in their lives, combined. And he's a cool guy to boot. |
