Well, yet another dot-com croaked. According to 'The Industry Standard', Scour just filed for bankruptcy. Apparently they just ran out of money as they were trying to expand to take advantage of the Napster lawsuit. Scour was also involved in an expensive lawsuit and was most likely bleeding money as well. What I don't understand is why they couldn't get more funds. They had a competitive advantage over Napster in that they were getting all their traffic. All they needed to do was increase/update their infrastructure. Why did no one give them the money? Is Napster next?
