Think I saw there job postings on HotJobs a while ago. From what I can remember of the job description, sounded like an exciting and fun job. Can't tell you much more except checked out their site and was quite impressed. My philosophy is go for it if you got a backup plan, with all these dotcom failures and all. Personally would leave my banking job for a dotcom if the job seemed fun enough. Very rare to find a job that's fun too.
