I was offered a position with Intel and got the hard copy of offer letter via mail, and have the hard copy of the letter as well. A week after all the negotiations and me accepting the offer, they rescinded the offer and have offered no compensation whatsoever.
Could anyone please help me as to what I could do next? I have declined offers in the meanwhile and have also moved from CA to OR. How can I be compensated for my loss? |

Gee, I wonder why they did that? Any idea? I am waiting for an offer myself and hearing things like this get me worried.
