I am going down to Chandler to interview for a equip. tech position. Any insight to this postion (salary)? Also is anyone else attending this event on Feb 5 - 6. Any info on these "events" and why is it 2 days?

My husband is in Chandler right now at the RUSH they are having. The first day they have dinner for you and an orientation from around 6:00 to 7:30. The next day is the round of interviews and FAB tour. Then there is lunch at 1:00 at the gold club with a discussion of the benefits (not much more than what was said the night before he tells me.) Then Saturday and Sunday you are on your own to explore the town.
