......very unfair. I was subjected to a supervisor who had been constantly complained about to our HR department. Although none of my peers expressed displeasure with me that was the basis of a bad review that I was given by him. That was three years ago. Intels policy is a bad review has no more effect if a consecutive one is not attained. Yet after three years they continue to make the fact that I attained one clear. So when I went to them to say that I wished to have it reviewed because it came up they threw up thier hands and said what can we do about it it was so and so years ago. They consistently break thier own policy and don`t think for a minute that brown noseing and good ole boy crap doesn`t exsist. Self promoters over hard workers rule at Intel and I think this chance I have to move on I`m going to take advantage of. |

Message boards are bad places to come up with "firm facts" about a company. People love to complain a lot more then they like to post happy feelings. Plus we are on the "VAULT career Library". you really think Happy Intel workers would be logging onto Vault?
Great info and insight, but take it with a grain of salt.
