I'm graduating with MS in Computer Engineering in coming spring. I'd be really glad if you can give me some pointers to initiating the recruitment process with intel.

I got hired because I droped off my resume with Intel at my school's career fair. At these events you should look to talk to actual hiring managers and see if they have any openings and what their departments needs are. You can also ask them for names and emails of other managers they know who might have job openings. Don't just talk to HR people who are collect resumes as part of their job because they don't ususally decide who gets hired. Get a business card and call back to see if there are any leads.
Another way is to apply online at intel.com look for jobs for Recent College Grads, Intel seems to be hiring quite a bit these days.
Finally you can visit Intel's major site if you are close by and get some contacts
