I'm not sure why they only paying $55K. I emailed my recruiter about that additional 5K but haven't received any reply yet.
About the salary increaes, they usually give out on annual basis in April
As my recruiter said, we can just do "reply all" to the offer email then they will tell us what to do next. However, I'm not pretty sure.
Oh, beside the CPI, there is also VCPI. Do you know why we don't have it whenever we come back to US?
Also, can you ask any insider about their benefits? I would love to know more about VCPI, CPI, provident fund, gratuity, annual commponent, etc that listed on the compensation sheet. Are we still eligible for those after we come back to US?
My deadline is Dec. 15th so I still have a little bit of time. I think u can ask for extension if you are still deciding.
