Could some one give me some advise about how employers see "experiences"? Does a not directly related experience count?
To be more specific, I have more than one year of Access DB administration and Development (VBA) experiece. I am wondering if I could get into larger DB systems (such as SQL, Oracle...) by getting certifications? Will employers take my previous Access experience into account?
