I just left BCS and my experience has been the complete opposite of the previous post. Higer pay, more professional people, fun environment, etc. I was part of the old BIS/new BCS so I have seen many things. I could not disagree more with the previous post but that is my experience. It all depends on what job and group you end up supporting.
