Hi all
I am an MBA (SCM)grad from an US University with little less than 1 year exp in SAP SCM. I was wondering about the Supply Chain Leadership Program from IBM.What could be the approx salary and will my little exp in SAP help? Dose this program require travel? Also I am an international (H1B required) Your replies are highly appreciated. |

SCLP is a great program but I doubt you will find many people who can comment on it in this forum. SCLP is part of ISC not Global Services. The program runs two years and you will have four assignments in different areas (Procurement, Logistics, etc.) so be prepared to move. Most SCLPers used to enter as Band 7s/8s. From my understanding, IBM will not look at students who require sponsorship.
