Are there many white Americans working in Korea? I am interested in getting into IBanking in Asia and have been looking at Hong Kong, but this Korea thread has piqued my interest. I have unintentionally managed to make a number of contacts in Korea, as many of my Korean friends in college and at work have gone over there. I think I would have enough contacts to at least get in the door somewhere, but I wonder how my career would progress after that.
Also, as an aside, what are the hours, pay etc. like in Korea as compared to Honk Kong or other Asian banking cities?
