Hey everyone-- Just received a summer offer in the boston office within the FEC group. Wondered if there were any former interns/current employees here who had experience with interns willing to share experiences. My one reservation is that the compensation is paid on an hourly basis, which leads to multiple fears. One, my comp. package is out of my hands and depends solely on what kind of business the company is currently doing and two, does management control intern hours/overtime in an attempt to limit costs, thereby effectively limiting my exposure. The company itself seems awesome and for someone looking to get into consulting, I think it is a great opportunity to get some real good experience. Just wondering if someone could share experiences with this type of concern. Thanks!
