I used to work in the NY office and found the environment to be very abusive. The administation enjoyed playing psychological games with the staff by enforcing mandatory overtime and they would also use 'quarterly reviews' to bring up irrelevant incidents that had occurred months ago and justify why you shouldn't get a raise. |
