I am considering applying for a position at Humana Dental. Can anyone tell me what the work environment/atmosphere is like? Any other info would be appreciated as well. |

Sometimes things look greener on the other side of the fence. Trust me, Humana is a horrible, horrible company. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I work in Customer Service at Humana. I have a college degree. Apparently having a college degree doesnt mean anything at Humana. You'll just be stuck on the phone, taking calls from stupid customers who just bitch and moan about their benefits. You'll be getting yelled at for mistakes by imbeciles. If you're just looking for a stop gap job, something to get by for a few months, sure, work here, but for the long haul, you'll just be stuck on the phone, chained to your desk. It fukkin sucks.
