Considering going to work for Humana as an agent. Tell me about the lead quality, quantity, and the difficulty in getting appointments. Who makes the appointments? Also, how difficult is it to close new business on one call? What is the average commission? |

Competition is between online and phone apps more than anything else. appointments are provided by company from an average of 27000 calls per day, and assigned by your supervisor.
Appointments are good quality and are easy to close in one call. They just started setting them last week.
But this is Medicare, with Jan 1 deadline coming. This week will be busy, but afterwards? who knows.
