Four years later (now 2005) and these folks still don't have their shit together.
Mediocre pay (great benefits though), too many egos, departmental in-fighting, and boy-oh-boy do they love to play the blame game.
Great place to work if you want to be burned out in a year.
My advice...stay away!

For the second straight year in a row now, salary increases and bonuses have been mediocre at best, insulting at worst. Anyone thinking of applying for a job here...DON'T! You'll regret it in a year's time. There are better companies out there to work for...better pay, better people, better policies, and better talent.
