I was offered a contract position for assembler at Honeywell Clearwater through an employment agency. The contract is for 6 months. What are my chances of becoming a full time employee or having the contract extended? |

If Clearwater is anything like the operations in Phoenix, you will get no more than 12 months and then they will let you go. Extremely few get a full time job after 12 months. Good luck.
