Human Resource Mgr., Who's side are the on? |

Does anyone have a problem with there HR manager? We have a new HR Mgr (for about a year now) and it just doesnt appear that she has any concerns for the associates. We would have lost a couple of good people if the store manager wasn't notified, so he can work something out with th associate. The first time I met my HR MGR. she looked at me up and down, like eyeballing me sort of, and made me feel in adaquate. She has done that to alot of people. Since I am very opinionated I had metioned something to my ASM about it. I found out that was not a good idea, now I am treated differently not bad or anything' it's obvious that she is tolerating me because she has to. Does anyone have any suggestions?
