In Reply To: I am a new employee, and lately, my DH has been scheduling me for times that conflict with the times I need to be there to do my job properly. Also, he is doing the parts of my job that need to be done at those times. My 90 day review was supposed to be done by the 16th, and so far I've heard nothing about when it will be done. Do you think I'm being pushed out? Our store is way understaffed now, so I can't imagine them trying to actually get rid of anyone who wants to stay unless they have a major violation, which I don't. I've tried sitting down and talking to my DH, but he won't tell me what's going on. My ASM, who used to be really nice and helpful has been very rude to me lately. I can't see what it is that I've done wrong to deserve this treatment. Should I try talking to the store manager, or to HR?
Message: Yes, I understand. I, as well as many other I am sure have had this happen. I have been at HD for 2 years and they still over/ under schedule me and schedule me during times when I am not supposed to be scheduled. You have to stand up for yourself and let them know this is not okay, especially if you have your review overdue. If we all just waited for someone to notice I feel like no one would ever come to the rescue. I learned you have to be really insistent.
