I'm a MBA with barley 3 years exp. I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on the credentials of the 2005 BLP Class (i.e. age, gender, experience, industry, internal/external, ethnicity, etc.) and what are some things THD looks for in participants. Also, what to expect in the interview process (i.e. how long is the process, when do they start screening, etc.) |

Sounds like they are looking for either specific functions, IT or Finance, or students with experience at larger Fortune 500 companies
Interviews are very scripted and are completely behavioral. They are given by current BLPers.
