I'm a MBA with barley 3 years exp. I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on the credentials of the 2005 BLP Class (i.e. age, gender, experience, industry, internal/external, ethnicity, etc.) and what are some things THD looks for in participants. Also, what to expect in the interview process (i.e. how long is the process, when do they start screening, etc.)
