LP @ HD? Hah!
My store has been without an LP officer since the day I started (1year ago).
Lets put it this way.. I work nights. SOP's require all LP officers to spend one shift in the store at night a month. How hard would it be to see a guy in the store that doesnt belong when we are closed and only 15 employees in the place? Yeah... they dont come.
They make threats of watching the CCTV's once a month... lets put it this way, I have seen every rule broken from trivial no banners/gates to people being lifted to the 16ft level with reach trucks. Never once has a writeup hit someone due to being seen on CCTV. |

We are a BRAND NEW store and they try to push LP (Like not letting employees ring up on self check-out, etc.) but refuse to get the self check-out Inventory Control Tag Deactivator fixed. Customers leave and the alarm goes off and the cashiers wave the customers to go on. WHAT A JOKE this pace is!
