I am going to the next SLP Career Forum and am curious as to how long after the forum an offer is extended if there is a mutual fit?
Additionally what are the salary expectations for the SLP for a MBA who is currently a Black Belt with GE?
Finally, I was told that SLPs are sometimes hired prior to the class up date. If so, what kind of roll would the individual fill before the class up date?

Depending on the division, offer in about two weeks.
Salary expectations are generally around fair market value (sorry for being vague).
SLPs are all bought in on the same date (within a division).
