I recently got an offer from HD IT Division. They are offering me the same salary as my current job although I expected a raise. How easy is it to negotiate your salary? Any suggestions or approach I need to take?

Dear Friend,
Why take a new job without a raise?
If you have no job currently, then consider yourself lucky and take the offer as is.
HD sucks anyways.
