The Home Depot has the most rampant, unrestrained sexual harassment of any store I've ever worked for, in 30 years.
Any abusive, crude language is tolerated. Assistant managers make a spectacle of themselves, checking out young girls. I was once told that, even though I was the most qualified associate for a job opening, that the Home Depot likes to "keep women MY AGE inside the store, behind the counter". If they had thrown in my native American heritage, they could have paid off my house!!!
