"lets face it tba isn't rocket science" - Then why is it that we can get rockets into space with a minimum number of redundant systems and without screwing up a mailing every quarter or so but we can't do this with our proprietary software ;). |

Okay, so HA uses their own stuff. Have you worked for another company that doesn't? I do currently, and their programs and "TBA Equivilant" is like a souped up Ech-a-sketch connected to a calculator. Crap and their have been quite a few companies that left HA for this other company... you'd be suprised what other HRO companies are doing....
